Affliction warlock: An affliction warlock's damage is based on several spells with very huge damage per cast time which do damage over time rather than having a cooldown. Shadow Bolt is used as a filler spell in connecting those DoTs. He's completely lacking burst skills, but damage goes up significantly while the target goes below 35% and again below 25%.

Affliction warlock stat priority

• Hit Rating (17% is cap though you require 14% because Suppression talent That gives 3% hit) 
• Spell Power 
• Haste Rating 
• Spirit (increase spell power) 
• Crit Rating 
• Intellect 

With high-end raiding gear, Haste Rating becomes better than Spell Power.When you get around 3250 sp self-buffed Haste becomes better than Spell Power.

It is more like spell priority than a specific rotation,, u use dots and keep them up, use some specific skills when it is out of the cooldown .. and otherwise use your filler!

Haunt           DoT, Keep it up all the time
Unstable Affliction (UA)  DoT, Keep it up all the time
Corruption (Corr)   DoT, Keep it up all the time
Curse Of Agony (COA)  DoT, Keep it up all the time
Curse of Elements (COE)  DoT, Keep it up  if you don't have an M. Attack buff in the group
Shadow Bolt (SB)   Your Filler, use it as long as you are not using something else
Drain Soul   Use it when enemy's Hp is below 25% and spam it until death
Life Tap    Tick it from time to time in between your spells to keep your mana up
Seed of Corruption  Keep it up if there are many monsters around your enemy that are lasting for a while,, it is an AOE DoT
